There’s been an overage of down time in my life lately, so I decided to review what made me successful in the past.  I used to have the following quote on my office wall, and would ask the actor’s I represented to place it somewhere visible where they also could read it every day.  Some things never go out of style…

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It’s not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” Nelson Mandela

Words to live by, no?

Something else to think about…

The Zebra doesn’t worry what the others think.  He/she struts their MAGNIFICENT  and UNIQUE SELF, confident that there is no mistake in Divine Design.  We are perfect by design and purpose.  Shine on, friends, shine on!

Different and Proud!

In the meantime, always remember to…

  1. Inspiring and wonderful! As long as we worry about what others think of us, we’ll be shackled to it and never experience true freedom. Carry on!
